Silent Gliss Curtain Tracks

To achieve this look you’ll need one of our Silent Gliss curtain tracks as listed in the menu on the left. Note: we do not supply the curtain fabric.
Curtains allow you to express the style of your choice – either contemporary or traditional – and a hand drawn curtain track is the most economical and simple to use.

Cord operation prevents soiling of curtains from frequent handling and all types of curtains – even heavy, awkward or difficult to reach – can be easily operated. Suitable for domestic and contract applications, these robust systems are maintenance free.
They are meant to be bent by design, so for bay windows and other curved applications, Silent Gliss corded tracks are unbeatable – they really work!
Features of the Silent Gliss 3840 cord operated curtain track are:
- Cord operated curtain track for residential and contract applications.
- Dual appearance from both sides makes it ideal as a room divider.
- For medium weight curtains and a maximum curtain weight of 14kg. Maximum system width 6m. Exact dimensions depend on fabric weight and application.
- For straight and bended applications with single, double or multiple symmetrical stacks.
- Standard colours: anodised aluminium or white powder coated.
- System is designed for ceiling fixing with special clamp every 30-60cm. Wall mounting also possible.
- The system can be bent up to a minimum radius of 20cm.

Electrically operated curtain tracks are ideal for very high curtains or curtains that are out of reach and essential for audio-visual and conference rooms.
Features of the Silent Gliss 5400 electric curtain track include:
- Exceptionally quiet motor (<45dba; 30cm)
- Motorised curtain track system for contract as well as residential use.
- Strong elegant appearance.
- Option of integrated radio receiver in combination with Silent Gliss radio remote control system 9940.
- Various operation methods available.
- Maximum size of system depends on fabric weight and application. Straight applications with single or double stack can go up to max. 10m width. Max. curtain weight is 44kg.
- Stacking: single, pair and multiple stacks. For symmetric applications.
- Easy ceiling or wall fix. Recess fixing possible. The motors can also be mounted above the profile.
- Minimum bending radius is 25cm.

Best known for their use in multi-bed hospital wards these systems have numerous other applications including as shower rails, in surgery and other health separation areas, and as industrial separation and overhead tracking.
They can be curved or formatted to virtually any requirement. Fitting can be to the wall or ceiling or both. Stability is designed in, made-to-measure.
